Returns & Refund Policy

At BabyStuff, we believe every experience should feel just right. If something’s not perfect, we’re here to make it better—calmly, clearly, and with care.

Returns & Replacements

Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage.

Damage After Delivery: Items damaged after confirmed delivery cannot be replaced or refunded.

Personalised Items

Misspellings: If you've entered a name or personal detail incorrectly, we’ll remake the item at a 15% discount. Please email our support team with your order number and the correct spelling.

Our Fault: If the mistake was ours, we’ll remake and resend the item free of charge, as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable: Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Standard Returns

Non-personalised items may be returned if they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of receipt

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving your returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

What Happens Next?

  1. You contact us at support@babystuff.com.mt with order details and (if relevant) photos.
  2. We confirm receipt within 1 working day.
  3. If eligible, a refund or replacement is issued within 3–5 working days.
  4. Tracking details are sent if a new item is shipped.

Orders Outside Malta

For international orders, please email us to discuss the best return solution. In some cases, this may be a partial refund instead of a physical reshipment.
