Shipping Policy
We work with Malta Post’s Next Day Tracked service to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Every order is prepared with care—and you’ll always see expected preparation and delivery times clearly displayed on the product page before purchase.
Shipping Costs
We offer free tracked delivery on all Malta orders over €25. For orders below that amount, a flat shipping fee of €5 will apply. This is automatically calculated at checkout.
Preparation & Dispatch Times
Preparation times vary depending on the product, especially if personalised. These are clearly shown before purchase.
Same-day creation: For certain items ordered before 11:00 AM, same-day preparation may be possible. However, this does not guarantee next-day delivery, as Malta Post may close by 1:00 PM on some days.

Weekend & Holiday Notice
We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays. During our , no orders will be processed or shipped. Notices will be clearly posted on our homepage during this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a direct tracking link. You can also track your parcel anytime via our website. Our tracking system is fully integrated with Malta Post for real-time updates.
Gifting Delivery
Sending a gift? You can enter a different shipping address during checkout. We never include price information in the parcel, and every item is wrapped with care.
Order Updates
You’ll receive two notifications from us:
- Order Confirmation – immediately after purchase
- Shipping Confirmation – as soon as your parcel is dispatched, including your tracking link
