2. Orders & Personalised Products

When you place an order, you are agreeing to provide accurate and complete information. For personalised items, you are responsible for checking all custom text and spellings before completing checkout. BabyStuff is not liable for errors submitted by the customer, but we may offer discounted remakes at our discretion.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Full payment must be received before your order is processed.

4. Delivery & Risk

Ownership and risk of goods transfers to you once the item is shipped. We use Malta Post’s tracked service, and you will receive tracking updates once the item has been dispatched. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details. In general, personalised items are not refundable unless faulty. Other products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
